My husband and I feel very fortunate we got paired with Megan for our house hunt on our recent move from Ohio to Michigan. We expected our search to be difficult as we were very limited in when we could be in state to view houses, but weren’t quite ready for the rollercoaster it became. Megan did a fantastic job of being our proxy and FaceTiming us if there were houses we wanted to see but didn’t think would still be on the market when we could get there in person, and she was amazing working with our schedule to maximize those that we could see. We unfortunately had the first house we were ready to close on fall apart due to an undisclosed issue discovered during our final walk through.
